All projects are led by a senior project delivery professional with over a decade of experience managing enterprise ICT initiatives for Queensland Government. This ensures strong governance, rapid issue resolution, and alignment with departmental objectives.

MIPZ deploys a core project lead at initiation and scales up through a network of pre-qualified business analysts, developers, testers, and solution architects. This network comprises trusted former colleagues, subcontractors, and partners with active Queensland Government experience.
