AI Governance Registers – FAIRA, Incidents & Decisions
Project Overview
The register suite that operationalises the FAIRA framework across agencies -giving government a single accountable view of AI risk assessments, incidents, and decisions. The suite spans a FAIRA Dashboard, an AI Incident Tracker, a Governance Board decision record, and Data Atlas, an information asset register mapping QGISCF classifications across five ITP partner departments.

Agencies moved from scattered spreadsheets and untracked decisions to a single accountable system of record for AI risk -the foundation auditors, executives, and regulators increasingly expect.
